This wasn’t an easy decision and one we’ve delayed thus far, but the time has come to apply a 1.5% surcharge to all credit card payments to help offset the fees involved with processing these payments. As most of you know, these fees can reach
3.5% depending on the card and transaction type, but we’ve decided to absorb
all but 1.5% in an attempt to help all involved remain competitive.
This fixed 1.5% only applies to website prices and any
deviation will incur extra charges. Those
who may receive negotiated pallet or bulk prices should expect to pay 2% to
2.5% depending on the order and will be communicated prior to shipment.
To avoid these charges, payment via check or ACH is the best
option, and we will provide our bank details upon request.
