We are writing to you today as a valued customer of Beauty Quest Group to inform you about an upcoming adjustment to our pricing structure for, ONO and Rusk Color and Color related items manufactured in Italy, effective November 1, 2025.This decision comes as a direct result of the recent implementation of new tariffs on all goods manufactured in Europe and imported into the US. We had hoped the implementation of this tariff would be short lived, but unfortunately there is no end in sight.
While we have absorbed increased costs for the past 60 days, these tariffs have created a significant and unavoidable impact on our operational expenses.
To ensure we can continue providing you with high-quality ONO and Rusk Color products and exceptional service you expect and deserve, a modest price increase is necessary.
Effective November 1, 2025, we will be increasing ONO and Rusk Color items in the categories noted below by 15%. We do not expect you to absorb this increase and recommend you update the Salon Price and MSRP as this increase becomes effective. Attached please find the updated Distributor cost along with suggested salon price and MSRP.
The categories of ONO and Rusk items impacted are Hair Color, Developers, Bleach & Lighteners.
